Population Density values must be in people per square miles. When used with NLCD land cover, make sure that class values are in their original format (e.g. 11, 21, 22, 23, ... 95) When creating in Excel Custom Coefficients Table, make sure that the Coefficients Column is in "Number" format before saving it as DBF.
